We produce rapid prototype parts with a 2 to 4 day turnaround. Our process utilizes Fused Deposition Modeling, Fortus 400 technology. This technology is an excellent solution for low-volume production runs while eliminating the cost of tool building.

The parts readily accept post-processing operations such as ultrasonic welding, surface finishing, insert staking and threading.
