(Fused Deposition Modeling)

WP has the ability to produce rapid prototype parts in finished engineering-resin plastic materials with a 2 to 4 day turnaround.

We can create your design directly from the CAD model with near-molded properties in ABS, ABS-polycarbonate blend, 100% polycarbonate or high temp/high modulus Ultem resins. We can generate scaled parts or working assembled mechanisms in a single build.

The parts will readily accept post-processing operations such as ultrasonic welding, surface finishing, insert staking and threading. This technology is an excellent solution for low-volume production runs while eliminating the cost of tool building.
